that is Utada. One of the coolest artists out there. Japanese American pop star, kinda like the Britney of J-pop.
She released an album named "Exodus" in english in America a while ago and now she is back.
I had so much hope when I heard about the new song, "Come back to Me"
Then i listened to it and it was really bad.
NOt only that but i heard more of her new stuff (not sure if they will be on the album) but that stuff was crap too.

It sounds way better to me and im sure to a whole mess of your other fans
